Quality Policy Statement The aim of the Company is to provide total customer satisfaction and to ensure that all internal arrangements and practices are suitable for this purpose. The Quality Policy of the Company is to determine, agree and conform, to its Customer needs and expectations whilst fulfilling the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000, and statutory law. The objective is to ensure that the Company provides products and services in accordance with customers’ specification to a safe and high standard. The Company recognises that to be competitive and maintain good economic performance, it must employ management systems that continually improve the quality of its products and services and increase the satisfaction of its Customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers and society at large. It is fundamental to the objectives of the Company that the Quality Management System provides * Confidence in its Customers that their requirements for quality and safety are being achieved in the delivered service, first time as the norm and that any problems that may arise are solved in a timely and professional manner * Confidence in its management and staff that the requirements for quality are being fulfilled and maintained, and that quality improvements take place proactively * A framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives Top Management is conscious that the motivation of employees is dependent on their training and understanding of the tasks they are expected to perform. It is part of the on-going training programme that this policy is communicated and understood at all levels in the Company. Adherence to the Quality System and its Procedures is a condition of employment within the Company.
